Use cases
Huddla for community and volunteer groups
Huddla helps committees, clubs and volunteer groups agree a time. Turn on one shareable link and post it in the group chat: people add themselves with a name, evenings and weekends can count, and spam protection keeps bots out. The free plan covers three polls at a time, and the recommendation names who can't come.
One link for the whole group
- Turn on the poll's shareable link and post it wherever your group talks.
- People add themselves with a name (an email is optional, for the calendar invitation).
- Each gets their own private page to change their answers later.
- Bots are kept out by a hidden field, a fill-time check, rate limits per connection and per poll, and Cloudflare Turnstile when it's switched on.
Evenings and weekends
Say "evenings" or "including weekends" in your sentence, and the candidate times and people's available hours stretch to cover them. Set your group's usual hours once in Settings.
What it costs
Free covers 3 polls collecting answers at a time, up to 20 people each. Bigger groups (up to 100 or 200 people per poll) are on paid plans from $9 a month.
Questions
Does everyone need an email address?
No. People who join from the shareable link only need a name. Without an email they won't get the calendar invitation by email, but their page shows the agreed time and a calendar file to download.
