What Huddla connects to

Huddla has 8 connections (6 live, 2 in early access). Each one below carries the status the app itself shows, so nothing here is more available than it is in Huddla.

Live

Switched on and working today.

  • Calendar invitations (.ics) Live

When you confirm a time, everyone gets a calendar invitation that works with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar; changing the time updates the same entry, and canceling removes it.

  • Email delivery (Resend) Live

Poll links, approved nudges, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups go out in the organizer's name, with replies to the organizer and a link to stop emails about that meeting.

  • Any video link (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) Live

Paste the meeting's video link; it goes in the invitation and on participants' pages, stored encrypted. Huddla doesn't create video meetings itself.

  • CSV export Live

Download a poll's answers as a spreadsheet, or everything in your workspace as JSON.

  • Cloudflare Turnstile Live

Bot checks on the shareable poll link and the try page, when switched on, on top of a hidden field, a fill-time check and rate limits.

  • AI meeting reader and drafts (Anthropic Claude) Live

Reads your meeting sentence and drafts agendas and follow-ups for you to edit. The candidate times and recommendation come from Huddla's own scheduling code; without AI a built-in reader does the job.

Early access

Connectable and working, but not yet proven with real customer accounts, or still waiting on the provider's review.

  • Google Calendar Early access

OAuth sign-in. Organizers: free/busy (to skip their busy times) and adding the confirmed meeting to their calendar. Participants: free/busy only, read once to fill their answers, with no access kept.

Waiting on: Google's OAuth app verification for Huddla's calendar scopes.

  • Microsoft 365 and Outlook calendars Early access

OAuth sign-in through Microsoft Graph. Organizers: busy times and adding the confirmed meeting. Participants: read-only calendar view, read once to fill their answers, with no access kept.

Waiting on: Microsoft publisher verification for Huddla's app registration.
