Limits are hard stops with a message, never an extra charge. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period, then you're on Free and nothing is deleted.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers 3 polls collecting answers at a time, up to 20 people per poll, one organizer, and participants answering from their links. Pages and emails say "Scheduled with Huddla". Calendar connections, templates and recurring polls are on paid plans. No card, no time limit.
What counts as an active poll?
A poll is active from when you send it until you confirm a time or close it. Drafts, confirmed meetings and closed polls never count.
What happens if I hit a limit?
You see a message saying which limit and what to do (confirm or close a poll, or choose a bigger plan). Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted.
