Everything Huddla does today

Huddla turns one sentence into a group poll with candidate times that fit everyone's time zone and working hours. Participants answer from a private link without an account, Huddla recommends the best time with its reasons, and when you confirm it sends calendar invitations, your agenda and a reminder, then helps you send the follow-up.

Proposing times

  • A sentence or a short form

Length, who and where, the window ("next week"), the time of day ("mornings ET"). Huddla lists what it read and what it assumed; AI reads it when switched on, a built-in reader otherwise.

  • Time zones and working hours

Every candidate is checked on each person's own clock against their working hours (yours by default, or theirs). Times inside everyone's hours come first, spread across days.

  • Your calendar's busy times

On Pro and up, connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 and candidate times skip your busy slots. Huddla reads free/busy only, never event details.

  • Edit anything

Add your own times, remove any, change the window, length or a person's hours and zone, and recalculate. Answered times are kept.

Collecting answers

  • No-login links

Each participant gets a private link (signed, with only a hash stored, never indexed). Times show in their own time zone; they answer yes, if needed or no and can leave a note.

  • Fill from a calendar

On paid plans, participants can fill their answers from Google or Microsoft free/busy. Huddla reads it once and keeps no access.

  • A link for outside groups

Share one poll link; people add themselves with a name. A hidden field, a fill-time check, rate limits and optional Cloudflare Turnstile keep bots out.

  • Nudges you approve

See who hasn't answered and send a reminder when you choose: never automatically, at most three per person, 12 hours apart.

Agreeing and following up

  • A recommendation with reasons

The best time from the answers, naming who can't make it, who is only if-needed and who hasn't answered, and the runner-up. With AI, it can weigh participants' notes too.

  • Invitations and your calendar

Confirm and everyone gets a calendar invitation (.ics) on their own clock; on Pro and up the meeting goes on your Google or Microsoft calendar. Changing the time updates the same entry.

  • Agenda, reminder, follow-up

A draft agenda you edit and approve, a reminder at the time you choose, and after the meeting a follow-up with notes and action items you edit and send.

  • Templates and recurring polls

On Team and Business, save a meeting as a template, or make it recurring: after each meeting the next poll is drafted with the same people for you to send.

Your data

  • Export and delete

Download a poll's answers as a spreadsheet or the whole workspace as JSON; forget one person across every poll; delete the workspace.

  • Retention you choose

Finished polls are deleted with their people and answers after 3 months to 2 years (1 year by default).
