Use cases
Huddla for client meetings
Huddla lets you agree a time with clients without a thread of emails. Clients answer from a private link in their own time zone, with no account to create, and can fill their answers from their calendar's free/busy. You see who can make each time, nudge only when you choose, and send one confirmed invitation.
What your client sees
- An email in your name, with replies coming to you.
- A page with the candidate times on their own clock, and yes, if needed or no for each.
- An optional button to fill it from their Google or Microsoft calendar's free/busy (on paid plans); Huddla reads it once and keeps no access.
- No Huddla branding on paid plans.
Agreeing the time
- The recommendation names who can't make each time and who is only if-needed.
- Confirm and everyone gets a calendar invitation with your video link and agenda.
- Change the time later and the same calendar entry moves for everyone.
After the meeting
Write your notes and action items; Huddla drafts the follow-up email (with AI when it's switched on, using only what your notes say). You edit it and press Send.
Questions
Will my client get chased automatically?
No. Huddla shows you who hasn't answered; a nudge goes only when you tick the people and approve it, at most three times per person, 12 hours apart.
