Use cases

Huddla for internal team meetings

Huddla finds meeting times for teams spread across offices. Describe the meeting once; it proposes times inside everyone's working hours on their own clock, skips your busy calendar slots on paid plans, and recommends the best answered time. Confirming sends calendar invitations with your agenda, and weekly meetings run from templates or recurring polls.

What a planning session looks like

  • Type "60-minute planning session with 6 people across London and New York next week, mornings ET".
  • Huddla proposes times such as 15:00 London, 10:00 New York, each inside everyone's working hours, with the reason shown.
  • Add the six people (name, email, city); the times are recalculated for their real zones and any hours you set per person.
  • Send. Each person answers from a link in their own time zone, or fills it from their calendar's free/busy (paid plans).

Weekly and monthly meetings

On Team and Business, save a meeting as a template, or make the poll recurring: after each meeting, Huddla drafts the next poll with the same people and fresh times, and emails you to review and send it. Nothing goes to anyone until you press Send.

For managers of several organizers

  • Team covers 5 organizers and Business 20.
  • Business adds an admin view: every organizer's polls and the workspace's audit log.
  • Export everything as JSON, or one poll's answers as a spreadsheet.

What Huddla doesn't do

  • It doesn't create video calls: paste your Zoom, Meet or Teams link.
  • It doesn't read event details from calendars, only free/busy.
  • It doesn't offer booking pages for one-to-one meetings.

Questions

Can required and optional people be treated differently?

Yes. Mark people optional and their answers count less: the recommendation weighs a required person who can't come heavily against a time, and names optional people who can't make it separately.
